Teaching

Yes, I do teach one-on-one (in London), and am always happy to find enthusiastic, curious and committed students. In addition to weekly lessons, I offer consultations and mentoring.

The other manifestation of my educator’s passion is in offering a wide variety of programmes, ranging from half-day masterclasses and lectures, to three-day hands-on workshops.

If you are interested in contacting me regarding the above, please do.

Testimonials:

Elliott Randall – “What can I say….”

Elliott’s prowess as a world-class musician is renowned. What may not be so universally recognized is his commitment and passion to share his skills and experience with young people, and to enthuse them with his indefatigable energy.

I have seen on numerous occasions, young people from all walks of life, and with varying levels of musical accomplishment be held spell bound by his enthusiasm and ability to impart to them an understanding that music has a place to play in their lives.

Many of those young people have gone on to be accomplished musicians in their own right and have carried on the message that Elliott embodies – love music, live music, and share music.

Many people regard Elliott Randall as a musical genius and guitar virtuoso. For many people, that would be an end in itself, and would be enough.  For Elliott, it is merely the vehicle through which he empowers young people to discover themselves, challenge themselves, and find greater fulfillment.

Long may he do so.

Dear Elliott,

I thought I would write you a quick note to thank you very much for having given such an inspirational guitar clinic at Clifton College. …it was truly wonderful to see you inspire our pupils with your musicality and humour. The pupils who heard you have not stopped talking about your visit and I hope very much that in the future we can arrange another visit, perhaps as part of the opening celebrations of our refurbished Music School in 2009.

Dear Elliott,

Just a note to say a huge thank-you again for coming up to our show; the interest, support and encouragement you showed to our students and for what we are doing here was invaluable. In particular I must also say thank you for the impromptu info session you gave yesterday morning – the students are still buzzing about that, and will be for some considerable time to come.
